All sexually oriented content must be about adults: sexual photos of people must clearly be of an adult or adults; words involving human sexual experience must characterize the experience of an adult or adults. Any submission portraying child pornography will be promptly reported to authorities in accord with federal, state, and local laws. The submitter agrees to hold harmless and protect the owners of The Erotic Journey, and its hosting company from any and all claims that may arise from forwarding materials, their publication on the web site, and access by the public.

Submissions must come from the person(s) or organization with rights to the material or accompanied by the explicit permission of the person(s) or organization with the rights to the material submitted. Be mindful that every person appearing in a photo has the inherent right to determine if and how the photo is to be used and distributed. If we have reason to believe received material is copyrighted by someone other than the submitter(s), that is not otherwise accompanied by clear permission of the copyright holder(s), we will discard the material.

By offering copyrighted material, the copyright holder is conveying to us solely non-exclusive rights to publish materials on our website, and for visitors to our web site to view and download the materials for private use.

Appropriateness

Appropriateness is difficult to define but we will do our best to explain so you will have a sense of what we mean by it. Submissions generally should convey more than just titillating surface details of sex. To be clear, titillating and amusing and arousing photos can be quite appropriate, whether of lovers/friends together, or of someone alone (even in an autoerotic moment), or even, for example, a remarkable or humerous depiction of a lover's genitals. Typically, maximum single picture file size accepted is 200K (consider using JPEG compression if needed) and the maximum number of files in a collection is limited to 20. In most cases any picture larger than 850 x 650 pixels will be reduced to fit into this frame size.

Writings: TXT, DOC, RTF, HTML, or PDF™ formats are accepted.

Do not send us videos or movies as we do not publish them.

2 - Send via Email as follows:

A - Attach the file(s) of your submission - writings may be pasted into the body of your email if you wish.

Receiving confirmation

You will receive a confirming response by email usually within one week. If your submission is accepted for publishing you will have the opportunity, if you wish, to direct us to include your email address or personal web site link with your materials - by default all materials are published anonymously.
